This April, we're inviting you to join BAMSI's 2nd Annual BAMSI in Motion campaign, a month-long celebration of health, wellness, and community. Whether you're a seasoned runner, a casual walker, or someone who loves to cook or read, there's a way for YOU to get involved. The best part? You can do it at your own pace, from anywhere!
What is BAMSI in Motion?
BAMSI in Motion is all about moving for your health and supporting a cause that matters. From April 1 to 30, you'll have the opportunity to track your progress in various activities, including running, walking, reading, cooking, and so much more. You set your own goals, and you can complete your activities wherever and whenever works for you.
It's not just about personal achievement—it's about joining a community that's passionate about wellness and coming together to support BAMSI's mission:
BAMSI is committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, justice, and access for all; to creating a holistic system of care that meets people where they are; and abolishing the stigmas surrounding mental illness, disability, and addiction.
By participating, you'll help raise essential funds that will directly benefit BAMSI's critical services. Your efforts, no matter how big or small, will make a real difference.
How Does It Work?
- Sign Up: Whether you're flying solo or bringing a team of friends, family, or colleagues along for the journey, the first step is to register. Choose the activities that suit you and set your personal goal for the month.
- Track Your Progress: Every step, rep, page, and healthy meal counts toward your goal. The best part? You'll be able to track your progress and celebrate every milestone along the way. Each day you stay active, you're one step closer to success!
- Fundraise: Beyond the physical challenge, BAMSI in Motion also provides an opportunity to raise funds for BAMSI's life-changing programs. You can set up your personal fundraising page and encourage friends, family, and co-workers to contribute. Together, we can make a lasting impact on those who need it most.
