In the spirit of reviving my poor, neglected blog, I have joined a small group of photographers in the undertaking of a monthly photo challenge for the year of 2012. For each month, a color theme has been designated, and on the 26th of that month, every photographer in the group will post their themed images. Instead of being presented with only my perspective of that month's theme, you are presented with the perspective of the entire group, as at the bottom of our posts, we link to the next person in our circle of photographers, so that if you choose, you can keep clicking and see our very different visions of the same theme! Fun, right?

The theme for June is Pastel Rainbow. As many colors as you want.
Well, I had no problem finding a rainbow this past month. Will's Birthday was at the end of May. He turned 5, and all he wanted in the world was a bounce house. So, we rented one. Greatest. Birthday. EVER. He bounced with very few breaks from 11am until almost 8pm. His friends came over, his family came over, everybody bounced. It was pure awesomeness.
So here are a couple of my favorite images, made pastel by the magic of Photoshop:

And since I love the original colors better, here is a little gem of all 3 of my boys playing together in the bouncy house - not one single fight all day. Priceless.

And there you have it! Next month's theme is Red, White, and/or Blue! Subscribe to my blog to get instant notifications of future posts, and comments are very welcome! Keep the circle going!
